PENGARUH PENERAPAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERHADAP MOTIVASI MENGAJAR GURU SD.SWASTA ABDI SUKMA T.P 2023/2024

Abstrak

This research aims to investigate the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum on teachers' teaching motivation. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers in various schools that implemented the Independent Curriculum. Linear regression analysis was used to test the relationship between the independent variable (implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum) and the dependent variable (teacher teaching motivation). The findings show that there is a significant positive relationship between the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and teacher teaching motivation. The implications of this research help strengthen educational policies in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum as an effort to increase teacher motivation and performance in the learning process.
