Abstrak

n this research the author uses a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled "Non_probability Sampling". In this research the author uses a saturated sampling technique found in non_probability sampling. Observations are carried out in the best way, collecting data by observing and systematically recording symptoms and phenomena that exist in the research object. Observations are not only carried out by measuring respondent behavior, they can also be carried out by recording phenomena occurring in the Miyanna Hotel environment.
