Abstrak

T-Garden Tourism, Deli Serdang sub-district is a tourist attraction that has its own charm which can be developed even better. This research aims to increase visitor satisfaction in tourism development at the T-Garden tourist attraction. In this research the method used is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques, namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and SWOT analysis. The research results show that the development strategy carried out is, taking advantage of uniqueness, carrying out promotions, improving facilities and infrastructure, and providing maximum service to increase visitor satisfaction. And carry out a SWOT analysis to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in the T-Garden tourist attraction.
