Abstrak

The increasingly advanced and developing global economy today requires every company to always be able to increase human resources within their company. Companies that have good human resources will be able to improve company performance for the company's progress. Therefore, human resources, referred to as employees, need to receive serious attention in order to become quality employees. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision and organizational structure on employee work effectiveness at the Medan Basarnas Office. This type of research is associative research. The data used was obtained from a questionnaire. The population in this study was 113 respondents, while the total sample in this study was 88 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS test tool. The results of the research show that Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness, Organizational Structure has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness, and Supervision and Organizational Structure simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Medan Basarnas Office.
