This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction in hidden paradise tourism in sibolangit sub-district.The variables of this study are service quality and visitor satisfaction.The sample used in this study was 96 respondents who were taken using the Slovin formula.The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis which was processed with the SPSS version 21 program.The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.
