Abstrak

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Islands Rays. A total of 50 employees were sampled. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 22. The research results show that the work environment influences job satisfaction. This is proven by the results of partial hypothesis testing with tcount > ttable (18.615 > 2.011) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Then compensation influences job satisfaction. This is proven by the results of partial hypothesis testing with tcount > ttable (13.998 > 2.011) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). And the work environment and compensation jointly influence job satisfaction as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (3.19>3.08) and the significance value (0.000<0.05). Then the coefficient of determination (RSquare) value was 0.897. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables, namely the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2), on the dependent variable, namely work compensation (Y), is 89.7%, while the remaining 10.3% is influenced by other variables. not examined in this study.
