This research aims to determine the level of students' reading skills using animated video media in class IV at SDN 101864 Gunung Rintih. The type of research is quantitative research. The data collection technique uses an assessment rubric. Where the rubric aims to assess students in speaking references related to the need for analysis and consideration in seeing the influence of the media created. This shows that the media for animated videos on speaking skills in class IV of SDN 101864 Gunung Rintih is stated to have an influence on being used in the learning process. The type of research was Quasi Experimental in the form of a control group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out at SDN 101864 Gunung Rintih FY 2023/2024. The population was all class IV students, totaling 46 students. The sample in this research was class IV A with 24 students as the experimental class and class IV B with 22 students as the control class.
