Abstrak

This research aims to determine the validity and practicality of animated video media in Energy and Change Category IV subjects at SDN 060934 Medan Johor. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the Richey and Klein development model which consists of 5 stages of ADDIE development which includes 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development or production, implementation and evaluation (Evaluation). In this research, media experts, material experts, class IV teachers and class IV students were present. The research tools used were confirmation forms and questionnaires. The research results show that the document authenticator's authentication results obtained a score of 95% which is classified as very authentic, and media authentication reached 90% which is classified as very authentic. The results of the questionnaire distributed to students reached 80% in the practice section. Questionnaire results based on student responses to animated video media are more realistic than without animated videos. Therefore, it can be concluded that Animation Video Media is for Class IV Science Subjects at SDN 060934 Medan Johor.
