The aim of this research is 1) To find out a description of students' ability to solve HOTS questions in determining KPK and FPB who are taught using problem-based learning with musi board media in class IV UPT SD Negeri 067246 Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year. 2) To find out a description of students' ability to solve HOTS questions in determining KPK and FPB who were taught using problem-based learning without musi board media in class IV UPT SD Negeri 067246 Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year. 3) To determine the significant influence of problem-based learning using musi board media on students' ability to solve HOTS questions in determining KPK and FPB in Class IV UPT SD Negeri 067246 Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study were all 47 class IV students who were divided into 2 classes and also served as research samples. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collection tool uses an essay test with 4 questions. Data analysis techniques use the t test and Chi Square test. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing obtained (1) students' ability to solve HOTS questions using a problem-based learning model using musi board media in determining the KPK and FPB (2) students' ability to solve HOTS questions using a problem-based learning model without using musi board media in determining KPK and FPB and there is a significant influence of the problem-based learning model using Musi board media on students' ability to solve HOTS questions in determining the KPK and FPB for class IV UPT SD 067246 Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year.
