Abstrak

The population of this study was only class V students at SD Negeri 065015 Medan Tuntungan for the 2023/2024 academic year. Including VA and VB classes, totaling 54 students. The number of students in each class is 28 students in class VA and 26 students in class VB. This type of research is quasi-experimental and the research instrument used is a five-question written test. Based on the calculation, the average final score for students in the experimental class is 77.42, the average final score for the regular class is 63.5. Hypothesis testing used the t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05 so that the post-test data for the control class and experimental class obtained t_count 4.10 > t_table 1.6746. Because t_count > t_tabel it is known that the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in science subjects at Class V State Elementary School 065015 Medan Tuntungan T.P 2023/2024.
