PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI CENTRAL PARK ZOO DANA RESORT PANCUR BATU

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Central Park Zoo and Resort and the motivation that emerges from a leader. The methodology in this research uses quantitative research, where the data source uses primary data from distributing questionnaires to Central Park Zoo and Resort employees, namely 120 respondents, while the sample is 93 respondents from Central Park Zoo employees. The location of this research was carried out at CENTRAL PARK ZOO & RESORT Pancur Batu, precisely on JL. Jamin Ginting km 21, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency and the time of the research was carried out on February 3 2024 for 3 days. Based on data analysis including validity tests, reliability tests , normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test R2. The data has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test which has been processed to produce the following regression equation: Y= -9.907+0.139 X1 + 0.976 X2 + e. The calculated t value > t table, namely the leadership style variable is 1.986> 2.131 and the motivation variable is 57.133. Hypothesis using the t test shows that the independent variables (X1 and X2) are partially proven to have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Y). The F test results were 118.558 > 3.10. Testing using the F test showed that the independent variables (X1 and X2) simultaneously had a significant influence on the dependent variable (Y). The R Square figure of 0.725 shows that 72.5% of the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables.
