Abstrak

The aims of this research are (1) to determine student learning outcomes without using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class IV science learning at SD Negeri 040531Doakan Kec.Merek for the 2023/2024 academic year, (2) to determine student learning outcomes using the model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning science IV at SD Negeri 040531 Dokan Kec.Merek TA.2023/2024, (3) to determine the significant influence between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in learning science IV at SD Negeri 040531 Dokan Kec. Brand FY.2023/2024. This research instrument uses tests with research objectives in the form of essays with qualitative research in the Quassy Experiment Design research type. The subjects in this research were class IV students at SD Negeri 040531 Dokan Kec.Merek with a total of 30 students. The sample in the research is class IV-A as an experimental class using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, and class IV-B as a control class without using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model or what is called without treatment. The learning outcomes of students using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model obtained a score of 80.3, while those who only used conventional learning obtained a score of 80. Thus, it can be stated that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. in class IV-A.
