In Indonesia, child protection regulations are adopted based on the needs of Indonesian society. The method used is a normative legal research method (literature study), provisions regarding the protection of children from violence are contained in Article 59 Paragraph 2 Letter I of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002, explaining that this is protection specifically given to children who are victims of physical or psychological violence, Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2003 concerning Child Protection and Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, especially towards parents. so that parents understand that children have certain rights that need to be protected, including by their own parents. To live, grow and develop, this is the most basic principle of children's human rights which is protected by the state, government, society, family and parents.
