PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PROGRAM PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM DAN SANITASI BERBASIS MASYARAKAT DI DESA KABALAN KECAMATAN KANOR KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Abstrak

The aim of this research is to determine the level of community involvement in the PAMSIMAS program which focuses on providing clean water and sanitation services at the community level in Kabalan Village, Kanor District. In addition, this research aims to describe the PAMSIMAS program and analyze the challenges faced by the community in meeting clean water needs in Kabalan Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, which involves collecting data through methods such as interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. Field research findings show that community involvement in the PAMSIMAS program has been successful and provided real results in the development of PAMSIMAS. The level of community involvement in development should be appreciated, as can be seen from their continuous involvement in the construction of PAMSIMAS until completion. Community participation in the implementation of PAMSIMAS development is currently still less than optimal. The lack of community involvement may be caused by the efforts made by the Kabalan Village community to overcome problems that exist in their own community.
