Abstrak

The type of experiment in this research is Quasi Experiment. This research was carried out in class V of SD Negeri 056592 Perkebunan Bekiun. The aim of this research is to see the influence of the Problem Based Learning Model with Mind Mapping Media on the Science Learning Activeness of Class V Students at State Elementary School 056592 Bekiun Plantation for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research sample was as an experimental group, namely class VA and as a control group, namely class VB with the number of each class, namely class VA totaling 21 students and class VB totaling 21 students. The results of the post test carried out on the experimental group obtained a maximum score of 95, a minimum score of 65, a mean score of 79.52, a median score of 80, a mode score of 80 with a std.devision of 8.501. Based on the results stated above, the results of the questionnaire containing positive and negative questions can be concluded with a percentage result of 89.1 which is included in the good category, this influences the active learning of students in class V elementary school in science subjects where the learning model is significant for activeness. student learning
