In this literature research study, several sources were taken from articles, magazines and books related to the discussion of this research. The purpose of this literary study is to see the importance of Minangkabau women in raising funds. This research focuses on the meaning of invitation money for Minangkabau women, especially women. The results of the research show that the tradition of collecting money is still carried out by the Pariaman community, even though it places a burden on women and the community still does not understand the meaning of collecting money. Clearly from a societal perspective, collecting money is considered a human trafficking transaction.
