TRANSFORMASI DAN INOVASI PENDIDIKAN, SOSIAL, HUKUM, SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI ERA SOCIETY 5.0

Abstrak

Transformation and innovation in education, social, law, science and technology in welcoming the 21st century with technology in the era of society 5.0 really needs to be changed towards digital development. This development has an impact on almost every sector, including the education, social, legal, science and technology sectors. Transformation and innovation pose challenges towards the future with various complex matters. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, statutory regulations, results from previous research, and other library sources related to the problem being studied (Soekanto, 2010). Regarding transformation in the education sector, it can be done in various ways, including: Technology integration, online learning and massive open online courses (moocs), blended learning, gaming and edutainment, personalized learning. Social transformation can be carried out by means of invention, diffusion, consequences. Regarding transformation in the legal sector in the era of society 5.0, this can be done with readiness in the legal structure (structure of law), legal substance (substance of the law) and legal culture (legal culture). Transformations and innovations in education, social, law, science and technology in the era of society 5.0 are closely related to each other, as is the case in Indonesia. In facing the era of society 5.0, the worlds of education, social affairs, law, science and technology play an important role in improving the quality of human resources. Apart from human resources, several elements and stakeholders such as the government, Community Organizations (Ormas) and the entire community also take part in welcoming the future era of Society 5.0.
