Abstrak

This research aims to determine "The Influence of Work Discipline and Compensation on the Performance of Vizta Gym Focal Point Employees. This type of research is quantitative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were Vizta Gym Focal Point employees. as many as 13 employees. By using a saturated sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was 13 respondents taken from all employees. Based on the results of the t test and f test results, it was found that work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance variables. The R Square value obtained was 0.880. so that KD = 88% is obtained. This figure shows that 88% of employee performance (dependent variable) can be explained by work discipline and compensation. The remaining 12% is influenced by other factors not explained in this research.
