Based on the results of research that I conducted at SD Negeri 060934 Medan, I interviewed teachers, in teaching there are things that must be paid attention to in order to create effective and efficient learning. When the teaching and learning process in the classroom the teacher is not optimal in teaching, for example in group discussion activities, if there are students who are noisy, the teacher does not immediately respond or is given punishment. When carrying out teaching and learning activities, teachers should provide explanations to students so that students are more focused on learning, more diligent and persistent in capturing the learning material provided by the teacher. After I researched that the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 060934 were still many students whose learning outcomes were not complete. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. With the aim of knowing the teacher's skills in managing the classroom and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 060934 Medan City. The population in this study was 22 experimental classes and 25 control classes. This research instrument is a learning outcome test. Based on this study, it is known that there is a significant effect of teacher skills in managing class and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in mathematics lessons at SD Negeri 060934 Medan. The learning outcomes test obtained two averages between the experimental class and the control class obtained x2count = 5.00 x2tabel = 1.67 then the value of x2count>x2tabel (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected.
