PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA DI SMP ADVENT 3 MEDAN

Abstrak

The educational process occurs in the family, school and community. Within school institutions, the educational process involves all human resources in the school environment to achieve educational goals. Activities involving human resources are called administration. Administration is an activity that involves human resources. To obtain convenience and clarity in this research, the author used quantitative methods. Furthermore, according to Sugiyono, quantitative methods can be interpreted as research methods that are based on the philosophy of positivism, and are used to research certain populations or samples, collect data using research instruments, analyze data quantitative/statistical in nature, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses (Sugiyono, 2014:35). The educational administration service system is a group of elements that are integrated in providing services so that coaching, development and financial control activities in educational administration can be carried out well. The good service system can have an impact on student satisfaction in utilizing these administrative services. This is in line with the results of this research which show that the effectiveness of educational administration staff in providing services to students is very important to provide service satisfaction for student needs at Advent 3 Middle School Medan. Judging from student satisfaction with the quality of educational services at SMP Advent 3 Medan, this is the result of student evaluation of the effectiveness of educational services at SMP Advent 3 Medan, which includes aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible.
