Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of animated video media on student learning outcomes in the Civics Class IV UPT SD Negeri 064025 Medan Tuntungan subject for the 2023/2024 academic year. The population in this study was 54 students, namely all class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 064025 Medan Tuntungan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of quasi-experimental research uses a selection technique, namely the total sample in class IVA as an experimental class and is taught using animated video media. Class IVB is a control class which is taught conventionally. The research data collection technique is a test of student learning outcomes in the form of an essay test. Based on the calculation of the average score, the final score of students in the experimental class using animated video media was 81.1 and the final average score of students in the control class using the conventional learning model was 78.65, the medium criteria. The results of the hypothesis in this study used the t test, the results of data hypothesis testing can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the Civics subject material on Pancasila Principles are higher than student learning outcomes using conventional learning models in class IV UPT SD Negeri 064025 Medan T.A. 2023/2024.
