Abstrak

This research aims to determine: 1) Student learning outcomes without using the discovery learning model in the science subject Objects and their Properties in class IV UPT SDN 060930 Medan Johor T.P 2023/2024. 2) Student learning outcomes using the discovery learning model in the science subject Objects and their Properties in class IV UPT SDN 060930 Medan Johor T.P 2023/2024. 3) Significant influence using the discovery learning model in the science subject Objects and Their Properties in class IV UPT SDN 060930 Medan Johor T.P 2023/2024. The type of research used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. This research was carried out at UPT SDN 060930 Medan Johor T.P 2023/2024. The population of this study was all 18 class IV students. The sample of this research was 18 students. The research results are as follows: (1) Student learning outcomes without using the discovery learning learning model are 74. (2) Student learning outcomes using the discovery learning learning model are 81. (3) There is a significant influence on student learning outcomes with the total value of learning outcomes A significant value was obtained from hypothesis testing using the test formula so that the posttest value data for class IV was obtained, namely tcount 1.83 ttable 1.70, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence using the discovery learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the science subjects Objects and The nature is in class IV UPT SD Negeri 060930 Medan Johor T.P 2023/2024
