PENGARUH MEDIA SMART BOX TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA DI SD NEGERI 106817 SIDODADI T.A 2023/2024

Abstrak

This research aims to determine 1) the use of Smart Box media in Living Creatures material in class III at SDN 106817 Sidodadi, 2) increasing students' interest in learning by using Smart Box media in Living Creatures material in class III at SDN 106817 Sidodadi. This research uses the method (Quasi Experimental Design) and the design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population used in this research was class III students at SD Negeri 106817 Sidodadi with a total of 40 people. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Class IIIA was not given treatment, namely using textbook media and class IIIB was given treatment, namely using Smart box media. Data analysis techniques use Microsoft Excel. Data collection in this research was taken by means of a questionnaire. After the data was collected, independent test statistics were calculated between the two factors for the experimental class (smart box media) and the control class (without smart box media). Next, it is analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely hypothesis testing. 1) Students' interest in learning in science subjects regarding living things using smart box media in class III students obtained an average interest score of 79.68 in the good category. 2) Students' interest in learning in natural science subjects regarding living things without using smart box media in class III students obtained an average score of 63.62 in the quite good category. 3) There is a significant influence using smart box media on students' interest in learning science subjects regarding living things in class III at SD Negeri 106817 Sidodadi T.P 2023/2024.
