Abstrak

This researcher aims to determine the effect of using crossword media for class V at Sd Negeri 064025 Medan Tuntungan on Jl. Flamboyan Raya Tanjung Selamat Kec. Medan Tuntungan, Medan City. This research will be carried out in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is a Quasi Esperimen. This sample was used by 51 students, divided into two classes, namely 28 classes V-A and 23 classes V-B, where class V-A used crossword puzzle media while class V-B did not use media (Conversional) by carrying out pretest and posttest, learning results using Crossword puzzle media for science students obtained an average score of 86.7, whereas learning outcomes without using crossword media in science material obtained an average score of 77.3, the results of data hypothesis testers concluded that there was a significant influence using puzzle media. cross.
