This study seeks to assess the impact of Powtoon media on student learning outcomes in Citizenship Education (PKn), specifically focusing on the Pancasila symbols material for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 067243 in Medan Selayang. Employing a pre-experimental design, the research utilizes a One-group pretest-posttest approach. The study's population comprises all fourth-grade students at the institution, and data is collected through a five-question essay test. To analyze the data, both descriptive and inferential statistical methods are applied, particularly the paired sample t-test, which helps in identifying differences in learning outcomes prior to and following the integration of Powtoon media. The findings reveal that before the implementation of Powtoon media, students had an average score of 58. 10. In contrast, after utilizing Powtoon, the average score rose to 80. 00. These results indicate a significant enhancement in student learning outcomes, suggesting that Powtoon media is effective in deepening students' understanding of Pancasila symbols. Therefore, the adoption of Powtoon as an innovative and engaging learning tool is highly recommended for teaching Civics, particularly the Pancasila symbols, to fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 067243 during the 2024/2025 academic year.
