Labor is the main capital and implementation of Pancasila community development. The author uses empirical research writing methods and research methods by observing directly or investigating closely to the field by comparing theory and practice to answer problems experienced by workers in the company, especially those related to salary issues.
Based on the research that has been done, the author concludes that the work chain between the company and its workforce must be balanced so that there is no inequality and abuse of power. It is better for companies to pay their employees in accordance with the minimum wage that has been determined by the government and follow the existing regulations in the law. By providing a salary that is in accordance with the UMR, it can increase employee work productivity.
