This research aims to see the level of validity and practicality of the snakes and ladders learning media at SD Negeri 060950 Medan as well as the products developed by researchers in the form of snakes and ladders learning media. This type of research is Research & Development (R&D) using the ADDIE Model which was carried out on December 13 2024, this research reached the fifth stage of the five stages in ADDIE, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The research used observation instruments, interviews and valid and practical sheets. The results of the research show that validity is seen from the results of the validator in the form of a validation sheet from the first validator with a score of 95% and from the second validator 90% and is included in the "very valid" category, as well as practicality can be seen through the results of the teacher response questionnaire with a score of 98% and student responses. with a score of 92% so it can be concluded that the Snakes and Ladders learning media developed is included in the practical category. The conclusion of this research is that the Snakes and Ladders learning media developed is declared valid and practical in its use for the learning process. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers who use the Snakes and Ladders learning media developed can be used as a reference in learning, so they are expected to be able to use it as a learning media in schools, especially in Addition and Subtraction material
