Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Thanks to Medan Engineering. The method the author uses in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 46 employees in total from the population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption testing. Based on the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) (R2) = 0.592 or 59.2%. With these results it can be explained that employee productivity is influenced by work culture and work environment, and 0.408 or 40.8% is influenced by other variables. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between work culture and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Thanks to Medan Engineering. This can be proven from the comparison between the tcount value which is greater than ttable and the sig value. which is less than 0.05 from the variables of work culture and work environment with employee productivity.
