Abstrak

This research seeks to explore the substantial impact of the Take and Give learning model, supported by Question Card media, on student learning outcomes regarding the topic of Changes in the Form of Substances. The study was conducted at UPT SD NEGERI 067246 in Medan during the academic year 2024/2025. The target population consisted of all students from class IVA and class IVB, totaling 25 students in each class. This quasi-experimental research utilized data collection through multiple-choice tests.Upon analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, the results revealed that students taught with the Take and Give learning model alongside Question Card media achieved an impressive average score of 80. 76 in class IVA. In contrast, students from class IVB, who were instructed using the Take and Give model without the support of Question Card media, attained a lower average score of 72. These findings indicate a significant influence of the Take and Give learning model, enhanced by Question Card media, on student learning outcomes concerning the material on changes in the state of matter in science education at UPT SD NEGERI 067246 Medan.
