Abstrak

This study aims to: (1) determine the IPAS learning outcomes of Grade III students _itaught _iusing _ithe _iProblem _iBased _iLearning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media, (2) determine the IPAS learning outcomes of students taught using conventional learning, and (3) analyze the significant effect of the _iPBL _imodel _iassisted _iby _iCanva _imedia on students’ learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 106833 Pasar X in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employed a quantitative approach using _ia _iquasi-experimental _imethod _iwith _ia pretest–posttest control group design. The population consisted of 54 Grade III students, with 27 students in the experimental class and 27 students in the control class. The instrument used was an IPAS learning achievement test. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and an independent sample t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the mean posttest score of the experimental class was 85.19, while the control class obtained a mean score of 77.04. The hypothesis testing indicated _ia _isignificant _idifference _ibetween _ithe _itwo _igroups, confirming that the _iiimplementation _iiof _iithe _iiProblem _iiBased _iiLearning _ii(PBL) _imodel _iassisted by Canva media had a significant effect on students’ IPAS learning outcomes. Therefore, integrating PBL with digital media such as Canva can enhance students’ engagement, critical thinking skills, and overall academic achievement in elementary school learning contexts.
